Who We Are

Tony co-founded Nimble Gravity in 2019. Tony has been focused on creating digital, E-commerce and data science strategies with international teams for over 20 years. Tony was part of the M&A strategy and integration teams in his role as CTO of Digital for Arrow Electronics (Fortune 100 distributor). He co-founded TimZon (now SnapEngage) a live chat software company and was VP, IT at Sanmina. Holds a BSEE from University of Colorado.

Rachel has been with Nimble Gravity since its pivot from a lifestyle business to a consulting company. Rachel leads the teams responsible for defining operating best practices, for hiring the best talent and creating a world-class employee experience. In a former life she held all the jobs possible at Arrow Electronics. She holds a BSBA and MBA from the University of Denver.

Joe co-founded Nimble Gravity in 2019. Leading software development teams, DevOps, and all technical support comes as natural as his red hair. Joe was a founding member of a B2B Marketplace that he built and sold to Arrow Electronics (Fortune 100 distributor) still in use today. Joe leverages his vast experience building multinational teams to propel Nimble Gravity’s strategic growth. He holds a BS from Colorado State University.

Matt is a builder at heart. His journey began with days spent constructing Lego sets, tree forts, and simple computer games. This turned into a career in software, building solutions that had the power to transform companies and communities alike. Along the way he discovered a passion for building teams, organizations, and companies.

Matt joined Nimble Gravity with over 20 years of digital experience across several Fortune 500 companies spanning DTC, Electronics, Telecom, AdTech, and other industries. His former roles include the VP of Business Development for AdAction, the GM of digital marketplaces for Arrow Electronics, and Sr Marketing Manager of Cricket Communications. He is passionate about building winning products and achieving long-term success.

AJ is a brilliant financial mind and excel wizard, He is responsible for ensuring both the clients and Nimble Gravity succeed together, knowing Nimble Gravity only wins when its clients win. Previously, he worked as a Controller and Director of Finance & Ops for a SaaS startup Choozle focused on digital advertising. He holds his BS in Accounting from Florida State University.

Paige joined Nimble Gravity in 2025 to lead Delivery, focusing on client engagement and project execution. She brings nearly two decades of experience building high-performing teams and leading global operations. Previously, she served as COO at proptech company Engrain and VP of Global Supply Chain at Arrow Electronics, leading large-scale transformations. She began her career at McMaster-Carr in their general management program. Paige holds a BA from Boston College and studied at University of Chicago Booth.

Mauro leads Nimble Gravity’s team focused on software development in mobile, web, and other SaaS applications. He was the founder and president of mDEVZ prior to the Nimble Gravity acquisition in 2023. A developer and data engineer himself, Mauro brings key expertise to support Client projects. He holds his BS as an Informatics Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza.

Ed is Nimble Gravity's Head of Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean, joining in 2024 with the acquisition of IGERENCIA, a business he co-founded and led as CEO for the prior 24 years. Ed's focus across his career has been on supply chain optimization, business process optimization, and digital transformation, always grounded in the first principles of data, analytics, and AI. He holds a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from EAFIT University and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University.
