Fundación Unidos por Colombia
Una de las fundaciones con las que trabajamos es Unidos por Colombia, y nuestro propósito es claro: apoyar a las personas en educación, formación y asistencia financiera. Nos esforzamos por capacitar a las personas para que generen ingresos económicos y adquieran conocimientos valiosos basados en experiencias.
Eiver: Una historia de superación
Todo empezó con Eiver, a quien ofrecimos una experiencia práctica de aprendizaje y la oportunidad de trabajar a distancia, apoyando procesos en Igerencia, una empresa de Nimble Gravity.
Eiver, residente en Saghun, empezó en el área de Marketing y ahora se ha integrado en el equipo de Visión por Computador de la empresa. Trabaja en el cambio de etiquetas por otras nuevas "poligonales", que ofrecen mayor precisión. Gracias al trabajo de Eiver, el proyecto en el que participa conseguirá una mayor precisión para las fases posteriores del proceso. Eiver es un testimonio vivo de cómo la educación puede transformar vidas.

Irma: Iniciando su Formación Académica
Nuestro compromiso se extiende a Irma, a quien apoyamos con sus estudios proporcionándole equipo tecnológico para que pueda formarse en diseño gráfico. Irma estudia en el CENSA y nuestra visión es que se una a nosotros en Igerencia una vez que termine sus estudios.

Igerencia y Unidos por Colombia en la Media Maratón de Medellín
La Media Maratón de Medellín, uno de los eventos deportivos más destacados de la ciudad, va más allá de la competencia atlética. En este evento, Igerencia, una empresa de Nimble Gravity, se asocia con Unidos por Colombia en una muestra de apoyo.
Esta carrera no es sólo una oportunidad para poner a prueba la resistencia física, sino también un momento para concienciar sobre las repercusiones sociales de los conflictos en nuestro país. Los miembros de la fundación participan activamente, e Igerencia se enorgullece de formar parte de esta causa. Eiver y otros miembros de la fundación participaron en este evento, demostrando su resistencia física y su espíritu de perseverancia.
En 2022 y 2023, nos sumamos a la carrera con entusiasmo, y esperamos seguir participando cada año, contribuyendo a transformar vidas a través del deporte y la educación.

Nuestro compromiso con Progresar
Además de nuestro trabajo con Unidos por Colombia, también somos aliados de Progresar, una institución que apoya a personas con discapacidad cognitiva y dificultades de aprendizaje. Actualmente, estamos apoyando a Juan Manuel y John Alexander, quienes estudian Asesoría Técnica Comercial en el SENA Medellín. Nuestro objetivo es que estos jóvenes ganen independencia y generen ingresos a través de emprendimientos y proyectos.

Bajo el concepto de Zonas de Talento, apoyamos a Yeison, un joven que llegó a nosotros a través de Unidos por Colombia pero que no está afiliado a la fundación. Nuestra misión es enseñar y brindar oportunidades en tecnología, analítica y desarrollo de software.

Objetivos y Metas
Nuestro Programa Social tiene un objetivo claro: acompañar a estas cinco personas en sus procesos de formación. La idea es integrarlos en la dinámica de Igerencia y ofrecerles oportunidades de crecimiento laboral, personal y profesional.
Nuestro compromiso con la comunidad
Nuestro compromiso va más allá de las paredes de la oficina. En 2022, visitamos una comunidad en Río Santodomingo, en la frontera de los municipios de San Francisco y Cocorná. Esta zona es rica en naturaleza pero con importantes necesidades comunitarias. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar donaciones, libros y recursos para mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad, y planeamos hacerlo todos los años en noviembre.
