United for Colombia Foundation
One of the foundations we work with is United for Colombia, and our purpose is clear: to support people in education, training, and financial assistance. We strive to empower individuals to generate economic income and gain valuable knowledge based on experiences.
Eiver: A Story of Overcoming
It all began with Eiver, whom we offered a hands-on learning experience and the opportunity to work remotely, supporting processes at Igerencia, a Nimble Gravity Company.
Eiver, a resident of Saghun, started in the Marketing area and has now integrated into the company's Computer Vision team. He works on changing labels to new “polygonal” ones, offering better precision. Through Eiver’s work, the project he participates in will achieve greater accuracy for the subsequent stages of the process. Eiver is a living testament to how education can transform lives.

Irma: Beginning Her Academic Training
Our commitment extends to Irma, whom we support with her studies by providing technological equipment so she can train in graphic design. Irma is studying at CENSA, and our vision is for her to join us at Igerencia once she completes her studies.
Igerencia and United for Colombia at the Medellín Half Marathon
The Medellín Half Marathon, one of the city's most prominent sporting events, goes beyond athletic competition. At this event, Igerencia, a Nimble Gravity Company, partners with United for Colombia in a show of support.
This race is not only an opportunity to test physical endurance but also a moment to raise awareness of the social impacts of conflict in our country. Members of the foundation actively participate, and Igerencia is proud to be part of this cause. Eiver and other foundation members took part in this event, demonstrating their physical resilience and spirit of perseverance.
In 2022 and 2023, we joined the race enthusiastically, and we look forward to continuing to participate each year, contributing to transforming lives through sport and education.
Our Commitment to Progresar
In addition to our work with United for Colombia, we are also allied with Progresar, an institution that supports people with cognitive disabilities and learning difficulties. Currently, we are supporting Juan Manuel and John Alexander, who are studying Technical Commercial Advisory at SENA Medellín. Our goal is for these young people to gain independence and generate income through entrepreneurship and projects.
Support for Yeison: Expanding Horizons
Under the concept of Talent Zones, we support Yeison, a young man who came to us through United for Colombia but is not affiliated with the foundation. Our mission is to teach and provide opportunities in technology, analytics, and software development.
Objectives and Goals
Our Social Program has a clear focus: to accompany these five individuals in their training processes. The idea is to integrate them into the dynamics of Igerencia and offer them opportunities for employment, personal, and professional growth.
Our Commitment to the Community
Our commitment goes beyond the office walls. In 2022, we visited a community in Rio Santodomingo, on the border of San Francisco and Cocorná municipalities. This area is rich in nature but with significant community needs. Our goal is to provide donations, books, and resources to improve the community’s quality of life, and we plan to do so every year in November.
